NEW TIME-TABLE

PRE-WAR RAILWAY SERVICE

SUNDAY TRAINS

Tho new time-table embodying: a 'prewar servico with such alterations ns liavo been found advisable, will como into operation on Sunday, December 14. Details will be advertised shortly. Tho following are tho principal alterations affecting the services to and from Wellington. Second Express. In addition to tlie present 12.15 p.m. Wellington-Auckland oxpress, a new express will leave Wellington for Auckland at 8.35 p.m. daily , except Saturdays. An extra express will leave Auckland daily except Sundays at 1 p.m., reaching Wellington at fi.45 a.m. Napier' and New Plymouth passenger trains will run at the same times as at present. 'Manawatu Line. Extra trains will leavo Wellington for Johnsonville at 0.47 and 11 a.nv., 2.45, 3.57, and 9.15 p.m. daily, and the present 10-20 p.m. will leave at 10.30 p.m. Oil Mondays and Wednesdays there will bo a train at 11.25 p.m., additional to the present late train on Saturdays. Tho train now leaving Wellington for Palmerston North at 4.10 p.m. will leavo at 4.13 p.m., and will not stop at Ngaio and Khandallali, passengers for these stations being picked up by the 3.57 p.m. train. Extra trains will leave Johnsonville for Wellington daily at 12-15, 3.25, and 9.53 p.m., and the present 10.15 p.m. train will leave at 10.23 p.m. Wairarapa Service. A train will leave Lambton for Woodvillo at 7.50 a-m. The train now leaving Lambton for Woodvillo at 8.30 a-m. will leave at 10 a.m.; the train leaving Lambton at 2.55 p.m. will leave at 4.25 pm. A train will leave Masterton for Lambton at 7.15 a.m. as at present. Trains' will leave Woodville for Wellington at G. 5 a.m. and 12.5G p.m. (present mail). A train will leave Woodville for Cross Creek at 2.25 p.m., and Woodvillo for Masterton, at 7 p.m. A train will leave Masterton for Woodville at 6-20 a.m. as at present, and a train will leavo Cross Creek for Woodville at 7.45 a.m. (Masterton, 9.50 a.m.). The pre-war servico will bo resumed on tho Greytown branch line. Hutt Suburban.

The new Hutt suburban time-table will be as follows: Leavo Wellington for Lower Ilutt: 7.30, 8.20, 11.10 a.m., 1*2.1! p.m. (Saturdays only), 12.10 p.m. (not Saturdays), 12.30 p.m. (Saturdays only), 2.10, 3.10, '1.40, 5.5 p.m. (not Saturdays), 5.27 (not Saturdays), 5.45 p.m. (not Saturdays), 7.30, 8-20, 9.30, 11.30 p.m. (Mondays and. Wednesdays). Leavo Wellington for Upper Hutt: 7.8, 9.5 a.m., 12.15 p.m. (Saturdays only), 1.12 p.m. (Saturdays only), 1.20 p.m., 2.10 p.m. Inot Saturdays), 5.12 p.m. (not Saturdays), 6.14, 7 p.m. (Saturdays only), 10.155, 11.30 p.m. (Saturdays only). Leavo Lower Hutt for Wellington: 7.21, 8.0, 8.17, 10.15 a.m., 12.7, 2.20 p.m. (Saturdays only), 3.0, 4-10 (not Saturdays). 4.30, 5.10, 6.45, 7.5, 9.30, 10.30 (Mondays only), 11.0 (Wednesdays only). Lower Hull: Depart 12.45 p.m., connecting with 12.10 p.m. train Wellington, Upper Hutt, arrive, 1.34 p.m. Upper Hutt: Depart 2.4 p.m., Lower Hutt arrive 2.48, connecting with 3 p.m. to Wellington. • Wellington: Depart 3.55 p.m., Upper Hutt, arrivo 5.11 p-m.' Upper Hutt: Depart 5.30 p.m., Wellington arrive, 0.44 p.m. Lower Ilutt': Depart 8.4-7 p.m., connectlmg with 8.20 p.m. train Wellington. Upper Hutt, arrive 9-34 p.m. Upper Hutt: Depart 9.40 p.m-, Wellington arrivo 10.55 p.m. The motor service will not run on Saturdays. -* Sunday Services. Manawatu Line.
