At the wojl sales- 15,500 bales of Australian and New Zealand wool were offered. Tito statutory meeting of tlin Now Zealand Kubber Products Limited was held in the Wellington Chamber of Commorco 3'esterday. The report stated that the total number of shareß allotted to dato waß 70,621. Of these 20,000 had been issued <ik fully paid to the vendors, and 15,000 ,lo the option-holders, in part consideration of purchase price. The report was conllrmed. The following directors wero i Icotea: — Messrs. E. A. Grain, of Auckland; Charles 'I'odd (of Todd Bros, and Co. Ltd.), Dunedin; Thos. Wagg, of Masterton; Thos. Gray, of Wellington; S. 31. Griffiths, of Wellington; W. it. Ballinger, of Wellington. These members, ivilh the vendors' nominee, will constitute tho board of the company mntil the next general irocting. It was reported to tba meeting that, the company had bought a block of land at Miramar, that part, of tho machinery had been landed, and that a contract had been placed for the balance. It waa anticipated, therefore, that tho company would bo in. a position to commence manufacturing at an early date.
