On Sunday last, at Hie 'Thijosnpliical TTnTI, Marion Street, Miss Christie delivered to a crowded audience an address 011 the subject of "The Life Story of the I.om'l Buddha." Miss Christie said that the many denominations and sects in the Christian world to-day_ were all expressions of the same religion—Christianity. All gave the teaching of the one Great Teacher, the Lord Christ, in different ways. Buddhism, however, was the teaching of a different teacher. Miss Christie traced the life-story of Buddha from his birth up to the time at which lie left the shelter of his father's palace and entered the world.
