These four matches are to be played on Saturdays. In addi'iou three mid-week matches will be . vwd, uiig each at Hamilton, Nanier. and Greymouth, the latter team to include Marlborough and Nelson , players. Grants of .£3O were allocated to the West Coast and Wellington Leagues.

Rules governing the Tnaeker Shield were. oiscussed. and certain suggested alterations were referred to the Canterbury League. It was decided to present an appropriate souvenir to each member of the New Zealand team which retentlv toured Australia.
