GEAR CO.'S EMPLOYEES' PICNIC

Tho Gear Company employees were again fortunato in having beautiful-wea-ther for their annual picnic, which was held at Day'e Bay yesterday. The steamer Duchess conveyed a big crowd to tho bay and back to Petone in the evening. Sports were hold for old and young, and hot water supplied on tho ground.
