The quality of the sheep -was below, but the cattle were juat about the average of the district. Tho New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. Distributing Co., Ltd.. report having held ■" their second sale at Taihape on Wednesday last. Owing to shearing being in full ewing several lines advertised did not come forward, but ivith the exception of one lino of ewes and lambs our -whole yarding -was quitted at satisfactory prices. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on Fcilding supplementary cattle fair: Our yarding consisted of 1300 head, comprising some nice station lines of young cattle. Bidding was very Black and a largo proportion of the stock was pasa«d under the hammer, a good deal being eventually fold at reduced prices.
