e ALL QUIET IN CAIRO AND ALEXANDRIA. London, November 24. The latest advices state that all is auiet in Alexandria and Cairo. A new Government has been appointed, with Yusuf Wahba Pasha (Minister of Finance) as Premier.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Ree. November 28, 10.35 p.m.) Cairo, November 25. The Nationalists ordered by Lord Allenby to leave Cairo were Mahmud Pasha Suliman, president- of tho society which is organising the disorders, and Ibrahim Pasha Said, vice-president.
