There- aro serious revolutionary disturbances in Italy. Tho northern provinces are disaffected. The majority view is thftt the Socialist deputies are against the luonarohy. Cabinet remains in constant session, and a strict censorship is boing ruaintnined. Tho position is grave, but is not rognrded as alarming.—"Tho Times." THE NEW CHAMBER EXCITING SESSIONS EXPECTED. The "Daily Telegraph's' , Milan correspondent says that it is estimated that this new Chamber will include npa'rly #10 new.men, Tho greatest defeat hM been sustained by the Giolittions, who, once 300 strong, now number eight, while the Socialists mirabor 355, the Catholics 93, the Liberals and Conservatives 137, the Democrats and Independents 80, and tho Reformists 16. Eieiting sessions are anticipated in consequence of the Socialists' predominance.—United Service.
