YESTERDAY Present indications are for strone. westerly winds, backing to Boutherlies, and cloudy, unsettled conditions generally, with rain, in many parts, especially southward of New Plymouth a;nd Caatlepoint. Barometer falling, but rise soon in the south. Atmospheric pressure has decreased, and westerly windß have prevailed, and havo freshened to-day in and .southward of Cook Strait.
