A team of bowlers from the Newtown (Wellington) Chili visited Palmers ton North during the week-end and played a couple of matches. The team included Crengle, Drew, Sexton, and Lnwlor (skip). On tho Palmerston green they met Jolly, Seifert.. Laurenson. and Bit.ckenbridgo (skip), and were defeated by 24 points to 18. They afterwards played a match against a team from the Terraco End Club, including Snell. Wallace, Carter, and Paton (skip), and were defeated by 20 points to lfi.
