Tho "Daily News," commenting on "Tho Timos's" disclosures, asks what policy tho Allies will adopt to prevent a grave upheaval. General Sir F. Maurico writes that /hose who best know what is going on anticipate a reactionary rising in Prussia at any time, but it will bo tho sitrnnl for a Red rising in South Germany. Tho latter is the greater peril, and will call for instant and resolute action by tho Allies—Aus.-N.Z, Cablo Assn.
