FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present' indications are for moderate to. strong west to south-west winds and changcablG weather generally, with scattered showers probable, especially in tho western districts. The barometer has a rising tendency in the north, but is unsteady in tho south. Strong southerly winds and cold, changoablo weather prevailed on Saturday, but tho winds veered to westerlies on fundny, and fair to cloudy conditions havo since ruled.
