FATAL SHOOTING ACCIDENT
INQUEST ON DAVID GRAY. The circumstances surrounding Ihe death of David Gray, foreman of the Blackball Coal Company, were iiuiuired into by the Coroner. Mr: W. G. Hiddell. R.IF.. yesterday. Deceased. sustained a runshot wound in the head, and died at (he Hospital on Thursday afternoon. Dr. G. K. "Waterworth. house surgeon at the. Hospital, said that deceased was admitted to the institution oil November IS) suA'erinjr from shock due to a wound in Hie head. He died on Thursday after.noon from shock, due to cerebral in. juries. Lewis T[. Coo, assistant: foreman-lo thn Blackball Coal Company, said, that he and (he deceased went to Porirua for tlie nurpose of shooting-rabbits «" Tucsdav.
