POISONED BY COAL-GAS

Alice' Mary ]iothwell,_ married, aged forty-five, residing at Newmarket, was found dead in her bed by her son, aged ten, with a gas-tube near her mouth. She had been in ill-health. The ovidenco at the inquest showed that deceased was poisoned by coal-gas. A verdict was ro* turned to that effect.
