4 ' DECISION OP CONFERENCE. Sydney, November 22. Tho inter-State conference of delegates from tlio railway'unions of tho Commonwealth has concluded. It carried motions in favour of railway workers in each State being grantee: direct and equal elective representation, on tho board of management of the Railway Department in each State; condemning tho Whitley scheme in all its variations, and pledging tho unions to resist to tho utmost all attempts to introduce it among railwaymen : and in favour of all railwaymen being granted access to Industrial aiui Arbitration Courts.—Press Assn. .
