General Castelnau, iI.M. Briano', Viviani. Louclieur, Deschanel, IClotz, Milleraud, Lcygues, and Tardieu were elected, M. Renaudel, leader of tho Socialists. M. Colleard, M. Longuet {leader of t.iie Bolshevik section), General Jlessimy, M. Clementel, and jf. Auganeur were defeated.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Aesn. THE BELGIAN RESULTS. I Brussels, Novembor 17. , So far in the general elections the Socialists have gained twenty-three seats, fifteen from the Catholic Party, and eisht from tho Liberals; but tho Catholics remain in the majority in Parliament.—Router.
