The. Hon. Sir Bassett Edwards will leave for Wnngnnui to-morrow. His Honour will preside at the. Supreme Court at Wanganui, and will later proceed to New Plymouth to preside at the Supremo Court there. Mr. Justicn Hosldng will leave for Blenheim on Monday by the s.s. Pateena. His Honour will preside at the sitting's 'of. the Supremo Court at Blenheim, and will later preside at the Supreme Court sittings at Nolson, commencing on December 2. Mr. Justice Chapman returned from ralmerston North on Tuesday. His Ilonour will leave for Napier on Saturday to conduct the sittings of the Supremo Court opening there on Monday. later His Honour will go to Gislxime to conduct the sitting opening tljere on December 4. Dr E .T. Moore, assistant-medical officer at Rarolonga, lias resigned his position. Mr. John S. Winstajilcy has received the anpnintmeiit of Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris and vaccination inspector for the Opunake district. Mr. William H. Freeman is gazetted Registrar of Tiloctors and Returning Officer for tlio Patca electoral district. Mr. Arthur 15. Dobbio has been apiiointed clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Feifding, and Mr. Albert J. Clung to the Courts at Stratford and Eltham . Mr. Owen Cardston, who was formerly (i promoter and director of queen carnivals, and who lias been acting as producer for tho "Kiwis" in. France, arrived back,in New Zealand by tho Arawa.
