YACHTING
At tho committee meeting of the Port Nicholson Yacht Club the following enures was decided upon lor Saturday's race to I'etoue: From starting line, off Clyde Quay Wharf, passing Jerningham buoy to port, thence round the south of Somes Island passing Petone mark buoy off the owl of Petone Wharf to port. In this race, wli'ch is a general handicap for all classes, first and secondclass yachts arc required to take dinghies. The following racing flags were registered:—Jtr. E. flannan's' . Wairsre I, three horizontal bands—white, black, white; Mr. 1 -' K. M'Kenzio Muritai, blue with . white bail; Mr. Blair's Rawene, black nnd yellow vertical; AVanderer, black with yellow star. Tho committee passed a resolution barrim; flat's of tlia commercial cde to lie registered as private raciiig Hags.
