FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc- for stronc and Equally westerly to southerly winds, and cloudy, unsettled weather, with rain generally. Baromettr unsteady, falling jiu the north, but riaine soon in the south. The barometer has fallen, especially in the south, and increasing ivesUrly winds have prevailed.
