WOMEN WORKERS IN HOTELS
DEMAND M-HOUR WEEK AND INCREASED WAGES. (Rec, November 17, 10.15 p.m.) Sydney, Novembor 17. Women Workers of tho Liquor Trado Union have presented an ultimatum to the hotelkeepers demanding a 48-hour week and nn increase of 17h. weekly, in consequence of tho Board of Trade's judgment. If the demand is not granted further notion will be taken.—Press Assn.
