FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY . Present indications are for fair weather in tho East Coast districts, but skies clouding over generally for a change to follow shortly. Bain prabablo soon in the west coast and southernmost districts. Tho barometer has a, falling tendency, and westerly winds arc likely to prevail, with increasing force. Unsettled conditions and rain we're experienced on Saturday and Sunday in most parts, with strong westerly to southerly winds. To-day, however, except in Win far south, fair weather has prevailed generally. Atmospheric pressure has increased, but has ibeen unsteady in the south, B. V. PEMBERTOJT.
