* RECALCITRANT MAHSUDS. Allahabad, November 13. The Mahsuds, who were given till November 11 to consider, have rejected tho le.rms. Extensive bombing begins amiinst them. It appears that the British (onus were shown to the Afghan commander at, Wann, who advised their rejection. The lesult of the Mnlisud and Waziri depuration to Kabul is not known, but the rejection by the Mahsuds mav mean that the Amir has promised assistance.—Aus.-N.Z. Gable Assn.
