* By Telegraph—Press Association. Blonhelm, November 11 Tho by-election for the vacancy on tho Borough Council caused by the unseating of Mr. William Cnrr, through non-attendance, resulted in the return of Mrs. Ada Redwood. There were threw candidates, Mr. Cnrr being at the bottom of the poll.
