"Military."—A Territorial officer is entitled to 'be addressed by his title only when in uniform, on parade, or attending military ceremoniee or Stato functions in uniform. An officer who has retired from service, received his discharge, and entered business, is not entitled to be addressed by his rank except when in uniform, as "in tho case mentioned above. Only professional soldiers, i.e., members of the Staff Corps, N.Z.P.S., etc., are entitled at. all times to be addressed by their rank.
