BURNSIDE MARKET . (By Telegraph—Press Absnciation.) Dunedin, November 12. It Buineide market to-day 130 fat cattle wero penned. Tho quality was only fair and vory few pens of extra prime came forward. Prices advanced 10s. to 15s. Primo bullocks, X 33 to £10, extra, 442 7a. 6d.; i! 25 to .£3O; others, -£18 to prime heifers, £18 to £21; extra, w£2B; medium, JJI6 to £19i light and ftged, .£lO to .£l4. Sheep.1615 penned. Tho quality was fairly Rood but the proportion of extra prime was email. Prices opened about 2s. be. low late ratca and quickly dropped an other 23., in sonio cases even more. Prime TToollywthew, to Gss.; shorn, ate. 9d.; extra primo woolly ewes, 645. j shorn, 51s 9d.; medium wethers, 4Gs. to 5Gs. Gα.; ]i"ht, 4fls. upwards; unfinished, from 35s • medium shorn wethers, 3Gs. to 40s. 6d.; shorn ewes, 303. to 355. Lambs.—lß penned. Competition was keen and prices firmer, ranging from 275. to 365. 9d. Tier* ■was a medium yarding of pigs, which consisted mostly of baconers. Porkers were in short supply, realising advanced prices. Best baconera, lfljcl- to lid. per lb.; best porkers, IOJd. to Hid. per lb.
