NATIONAL RESTAURANTS. Paris, Novemljer 10. Iα oitlor to light the food profiteers tho Government is opening national restaurants. Meals will be served in specially erected wooden huts. Two francs (about Is. Bd.) trill be charged tTot a substantial and varied meal, without wiue.
