FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY Present indications are for stronc westerly Tvinde, backing to Boulherlies, and unsettled conditions generally, with rain in many parte. Barometer uiiBteady, but rising everywhere ehoutly. The barometer has been unsteady and is 6till low in the south. Strong westerly ■winds have predominated, and tho weather has been fair in the east coast districts, but changeable generally with rain in a. few scattered places. B. V. PEJIBERTON.
