Sofia, November 10. Two hundred members of the liadoslavoft' Party have been arrested in connection with the responsibility for the war. This number includes ex-Minister Toutchef!', General Petrofi, and most of the, former members of the Endoshvoff Cabinet. Negotiations are to be initiated for the extradition of the ex-Tsar Ferdinand, the ex-Generalissimo Jakloff, and the ex-Premier .Radoslavoff.—Eeuter.
