FORECAST AND' SUMMARY Present indications are for west to bouMiwest winds, strong and squally at times in and southward of Cook Strait. Changeable'weather may be expected generally and scattered rainfall, especially in the western districts. Barometer unsteady, Atmospheric pressure increased during Monday night, and strong westerly wind* gave place to southerlies, with rain in many parts, but fair to cloudy weather has ruled to-day. . B.
