Bovs' Institute Tlio monthly meeting of tlio Ladies'" Auxiliary of the Wellington Boys' Institute and S. A. Klico.es' Home for Boys was held on Monday afternoon,- Mrs. Moorhousc beinp; in the chair. There wore- also present: Mesdames Bell, Stanton. Meier, Troup, Christie, Moore, and Parton (lion, secretary), and Miss M'Leod. The matron's report and the directors' statement for the past month were received, and were considered satisfactory. A contribution towards the cost of upkeep of the boys' bouroomg was received from Mrs. Kitchic, and assistance in this direction from those interested in the welfare of our boys would lie welcomed. The Ladies' Auxiliary iwould alsu bo grateful for gifts of clotliiiijj which could be forwarded to the institute building in Tasmaii Street, or which would be sent for if donors would teleDlioiie the honorary secretary (No. 21-373).
