ASSISTANCE Kill HKJT.ISJI \\\S, SUFI'IiUKIW. London, November 5. fho National Relief Fund has allocated half a million pounds to assist persons who suffered through the war to emigrate overseas. A difficulty in giving immediate effect to the scheme lies m the absence of shipping accommodation. The textile section of the London Chamber of Commerce- passed a resolution against trading with enemy countries until the Government had declared its tnule policy.
