At n meeting of the Executive Committee of the Canterbury Cricket Association correspondence was received from tho Otngo, Wellington, and Auckland associations with reference to interprovincial fixtures. The members of the Canterbury Association advocated cutting out the home and homo matches, and it was suggested that Otago be. invited to send a team to play Cnnlerbury at Christchurch at Christmas time, Wellington at Wellington at Now Year time, and Auckland in Auckland on a subsequent date. It was decided to write to tho other associations accordingly.

The City Council has granted the AVellington Boys' Cricket Leaguo prepared wickets on all city reserves for next Saturday's games and tho following Saturdays, at a cost ot 2s. por wicket per week. Ground fees will be charged to eaeli club at the rate of Id. per he.irt. per week on city reserves only, .and club secretaries are notified to collect same and hand It to the secretary of the above, league on or before Monday of each week.

The results ot all games must be handed in as early as possible, so as to enable the secretary to erect a table showing tho positions of the various teams in each grade.
