At 1.38 o'clock yesterday mori'ing the Fire Brigade received a call to tSruwnloo's Box factory, Kilbirnie, where they found a small lire by the engines. The damage was slight, the woodwork around llio engines lining burn;., an* 'lie belling* destroyed.

At 2.18 p.m- yesterday Hie Fire Brigade received a call to Queen's Drive, opposite the Maranui School, where a lire had been started by Uio boys if tho school. There was no damage to properly.

The Fire Brigade received a call at .'l.ti p.m. yesterday lo No. L'!l llubson Crescent, where some fat melting in an oven had caught tiro. No damage was done.
