FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P,H. YESTERDAY Present indications arc for southerly breezes, veering; to freshening westerlies shortly southwards of New Plymouth and Castlepoint. Weather fair generally, but scattered showers probably in tho Wem Coast and southernmost districts. Barometer rising tendency, but unsteady in tho extreme south. Atmospheric pressure luib increased further everywhere, cud moderate to strong southerly winds have predominated.
