PETONE COURT
At the Petone Court yesterday morning, Arthur John Barnes, aged 17 years, appeared before -Messrs. Piper and Kerr, J.l'.'s. charged with the tliel't of a canary and cage, valued at 17b. 6d., tihe properly of Mis. A-shton, of Sydney Street, Peione. Afler hearing evidence, tho Bench adopted the suggestion of the probation otlicor (Mr. Din noon) to .adjourn the case for six months, the boy to be returned to Wereica Farm, from where he had been leased to his father.
