Cape Town, November 4. The combination of South-West African diamond mines under the auspice's of an Anglo-American corporation eontrolled by Mr. Pierpont Morgan is confinned. Tho interests of the Deutsche Koloniale Ge.sellsehaft are also provisionally in the pool. The new company, with i' 3,500.000 capital, will be registered at Cape Town under the title of the Consolidated Diamond Mines of South-West Africa.
