Helsingfors, November 3. The British Mission states that if Finland is to help Eussia she must have a loan of 4:18,000,000. With Finnish help Petrograd coujd lie taken in three days. Even .if Kronstadt were taken, the British naval force lias not sufficient men to occupy it, though Yudonitch could oc enpy Krasnayagorka. A quick decision is necessary, as, if Petrograd is not taken in three weeks if; will be impossible to advance again before Februarv.—Aus.N.Z. Cable. Assn.
