ANGLO-AMERICAN SYNDICATE. BUY GERMAN DIAMOND INTERESTS. (Eec. November 1, 7.35 p.m.) Cape Town, November 3. The whole ot the diamond interests; owned by German companies in the South-West African Protectorate have been acquired by an Anglo-American corporation of Johannesburg.
