WELLINGTON. CLAUSES. Amendments to the "Washing-up" Rill were introduced yesterday in time to be included in the Bid belore its passage through the House. The Hastings Borough Council is an- | thorised to extend Station Street of a less width than (13 feet. The Johnsom-ille Town Board is exempted from rales levied by the Wellington City Council or the Makara, Count)' Council in respect of land hrfd by that board as a catchment area for water supply, in the Oharin district.
