A report received from Mr. Roberts (neerctnrv of the federation) regarding the constitution of the federation was adopted. , Mr. Glover presented a report: dealing, with tlio accident on the City of Winchester, as a result of which ten inert were more or less seriously gassed. An offer from tlie Working Men's Club to sell the union 550 hooks of fiction for tho union's library was accented. , Tlie executive was empowered to make preliminary arrangements for the waterside workers' annual picnic, which will take place in January.
