The Prime Minister announced to the Ilouse Yesterday that the Board of Trade : had received the following telegram from ' Mr. Malison, -New Zealand ' Government '. representative, dated Melbourne, October : 31: "Comiiionweali.li. authorities allowing ' export superphosphates commitments up • to six thousand tons." He thought the message meant that the previous limit of 4000 tons had heen extended to 0000 : tons. I
