"Brigadier-General Ci S. Richardson unveiled the memorial. The General referred to the sacrifices made by nil the men-who served, and hoped that iheir deeds would he held in everlasting remembrance. After Hie unveiling, Hip Bishop of \\eU liuglon (Dr. Surott) said the prayers of dedication. This was followed l>v the "r,ast Post" and the .National .Anthem. Tho Bishop preached from Revolutions xxii, 3, 1: "His servants shall servo Himj and they shall see His face." The Bishop dwelt upon the vigour of youth and its lon?inn- for worlhv work.
