PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN AUSTRALIA. (Rec. October 30, 9 p.m.) Melbourne, October 30. . A proclamation prohibits the importation of packages not clearly marked and stating the country of origin. This has been done with the object of preventing the introduction of enemy goods in parcols designed to disguise the country of origin.—Press Assn.
