The second round of the billiard diner bible owners' tournament wns continued in Alcocks showrooms Inst night, nnd some very interesting games were played. The first game was between Gibson arid Sutherland, and resulted in a win for the. former, the final scores reading: Gibson. 200; Sutherland, 178. The best breaks in this gamo were: Sutherland, 31 and 29; Gibson, 25 and 23. Tho second gamo between Tosker and Al'lntosh wns won easily by Tnskcr. Althoueli ho had n handicap of 50, he reached his 200 points when Al'lntosh was 155. In the third game, which was between I*. liuilev and A. Algar, the former went out. after making brenks of 30, 25, 21, 22, and 20. while Algar was at 169. Algar's best breaks were 28 and 21. The next gnnie, Bradley v. Billman, resulted in a win for llillman, whose best breaks were 37 and 2.3. In the iraine Isaacs v. Ingram, Isaacs won bv 27 points: and the result of the Inst, minin was: IMcroft, 200; Austin, 103.
