The Australian Press Agency interviewed Admiral Sir Reginald Henderson, who said ho was not inclined to givo an armchair criticism of the telegraphed, version of Lord Jellicoe's report. Admiral Henderson, however, Ixv lives that Australia's great need in tho preeent financial position is lavish expenditure not on armaments, but on the development of her maritime resources in all directions, including railways to the coast.
