The Privy Council Committee, which tfas appointed to examine the Treaty, has virtually completed its task, and is expected to submit a report to a full meeting of the Council shortly. Mr. Lloyd .George said the Germans in Upper "Silesia and are deporting anti-Germans, and replacing them by,, pro-German natives, who have been long resident in Germany.
