QUEENSLAND LIQUOR LEGISLATION
Brisbane, October 27. A Bill to amend the Queensland Liquor Act has been introduced in tho Legislative Assembly. It provides for the alteration of tlio date of the local option poll to May next, with triennial automatic polls to follow as to continuation of the present system—Prohibition, or State Control. The first of lihe.se polls will he held in October, 1920.—Press Assn.
