WELLINGTON NORTH SEAT. Mr. H. Oakley Browne has decided to contest the Wellington Nlorth constituency in the interests of the Liberal Parlv. Mr. Browne gave a favourable reply last evening lo a number of Wellington North residents, who wailed on him. and staled that he would place himself in the hands of his friends and take an early opportunity of publicly expressing his views on the loading questions of the day.
