On April 5 it was .reduced to 5 tier cent., at which figure it has since stood. OPEN MAEKET BATES. The open market discount rate for three months' bills iB 41 per cent, as compared with 4J per cent, last week, and 3i per cent, last year. Short loans are Quoted at 3J per cent., as against 33 per cent., last week, and 31 per cent, last year. COLONIAL AND OTHER PRODUCE. Wheat.-Qjiict; little Australian offering.
