Several people well known in Auckland who were placed under detention by tho military authorities during the war have .been granted parole until tho Government decides «li<:t is to bo!.'one with them finally. Among tho peJons so far released oil'parole, in this manner are Messrs. Paul Hansen, G. Kronfeld, C. Segner, 'and Languth, in addition to whom Dr. Endletsberger has been allowed a fortnight's parole on tho recommendation of the camp mc'dical authorities.
